If the reason for your return is found genuine and approved by our customer care a preauthorized return number will be issued before the merchandise can be sent back. All returns must be sent back in original packing and packed properly to avoid damage in return and have the preauthorized return number clearly marked on package. In case the returned goods are received in a damaged condition we shall forward them to the vendor/ manufacturer for replacement in the same condition .Should the vendor/manufacturer deny the claim Phoenix Overseas will not be liable for fulfilling any vendor/manufacturer claims. Return shipping charges to be paid by purchaser.In case of returns only the value of the product will be refunded. Phoenix Overseas holds the right to reject claims it feels are unjustified and unfit for reasons beyond their control. For non receipt /loss of shipments a credit will be issued within a reasonable period of time and the entire amount of order will be refunded or subsequent reshipment will be done.
