Normally all orders are shipped within 4-6 working days after they have been placed-if any item is back ordered an email to inform you of the status will be sent to advise you when the order will be filled. Alternatively you may call our customer care to get updated information. All orders will be shipped via DTDC courier-a tracking number will be sent to your registered email ID so that you can track the shipment until it reaches your destination. For any reason if you are unavailable to personally receive your order, leave a note for the courier as to what is the best time for them to reach you for redelivery. If an order is returned for non delivery-return and reshipping charges will be borne by customer .

If specific colors are ordered as shown on the website Phoenix Overseas will try and fill the order with the same colours – for Latex,rubber and rope toys any color available in stock maybe shipped but the functioning of the toy product will be as close to the product information listed on the website.

While loss of courier packages is extremely rare, however If you would still like to insure your package please check off the box for Add Insurance at the time of check out on your order.An additional charge of 4% will apply.
